Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a specialised massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, which plays an essential role in maintaining immune function and fluid balance. Through gentle, rhythmic strokes, the treatment encourages the movement of lymph fluid, aiding in the removal of toxins and waste products.
This boosts the immune system, improves circulation, reduces pain, swelling and discomfort, and enhances the body's natural healing processes.
Lymphatic drainage also contributes to a sense of relaxation and overall wellness.

Reduces swelling and inflammation
Ideal for those recovering from surgery or injury, or managing chronic inflammatory conditions such as IBS, endometriosis or fibromyalgia.
Reduces water retention
Especially beneficial for fluid retention linked to hormonal imbalances, long periods of sitting or a sedentary lifestyle.
Improves circulation
Stimulates healthy blood and lymph flow, supporting conditions like varicose veins and helping with cold hands and feet.
Flushes out toxins
Enhances the body’s natural detoxification process. Particularly helpful after travel, illness or periods of stress and sluggishness.
Eases stress and fatigue
Gentle, rhythmic movements calm the nervous system, encouraging deep relaxation and improved sleep.
Boosts immune function
Strengthens the body’s natural defenses, making it an excellent support during seasonal changes or recovery from illness.
Improves skin appearance
Helps reduce oedematous cellulite, dullness and congestion by stimulating circulation and detoxification.
