Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a specialised massage technique that supports the lymphatic system, which plays an essential role in immune function, inflammation regulation and fluid balance.
Inspired by the Brazilian method, this treatment uses gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate lymphatic flow and support the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste.
Each session is adapted to your current state, with particular attention to the nervous system, helping to release tension and encourage a return to a more natural flow within the body.
By improving circulation and reducing fluid retention, it helps to ease swelling, pain and discomfort, while supporting the body’s natural regenerative processes and immune function. It also promotes a deep sense of calm and overall wellbeing.
This approach is particularly beneficial for women experiencing inflammation, hormonal imbalances, or symptoms linked to chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation.
