I’m Marine, a holistic therapist from the beautiful South of France, with a deep passion for caring for others.

My professional journey began in the medical field, where I spent over seven years working as a nurse. During that time, I gained experience across a range of specialties — from general and maternity theatres to early childhood care — and developed a strong understanding of the human body and its complexity.

Over time, I came to realise that true well-being is about more than physical health. It’s about supporting both body and mind, two parts of ourselves that are deeply connected. I became curious about the impact of stress, emotions and habits on our health , and how complementary therapies can help us navigate life’s ups and downs.

This led me to explore a more integrative approach to care , one that complements traditional medicine with therapies that support the whole person.

Through personal research, professional experience and my own healing journey, I’ve seen how powerful the body can be when given the right support. That belief inspired me to create Aixhale, a space to reconnect with yourself, restore balance and care for your overall well-being.

Combining my nursing background with complementary therapies and a touch of Provençal warmth, I offer tailored treatments designed to help you unwind, rebalance and support your body’s natural processes.
